Jesus’ Ministry & Teaching

Date

Our Church is a group of friends whose lives have been changed by meeting Jesus - Come along and make some new friends and discover Jesus for yourself.  Jesus loves us all.  He is Alive!  Come and see.

Sunday morning family services, start at 10:45am.  We are all together in church for the first part of our worship and then, any young people go to their room for their own activities. Parents of toddlers are welcome to go with them if they wish.  Tea, coffee and squash are served after the services.  You are very welcome.

Our Mission

We seek to offer and extend the love of God in Jesus Christ, spiritually, emotionally, supportively and caringly to all people and by doing so to make a positive difference to our neighbourhood and the wider world.

Welcome to Trinity
The Gospel
We are loved and cherished by an awesome God who created the Universe,
including our Star, the Sun (shown below).  He chose our insignificant little
Planet, Earth, on which to be born and live among us.  He was tortured, died
and embalmed but on the 3rd day he arose from the dead - His name is Jesus
and he wants to live in our hearts today.  Incredible but true.  Read more . .

The Rich Man

Someone came to Jesus with this question: “Teacher, what good deed must I do to have eternal life?”

“Why ask me about what is good?”  Jesus replied.  “There is only One who is good. But to answer your question - if you want to receive eternal life, keep the commandments.”

“Which ones?”  the man asked.

And Jesus replied: “‘You must not murder.  You must not commit adultery.  You must not steal.  You must not testify falsely.  Honour your father and mother.  Love your neighbour as yourself.’”

“I’ve obeyed all these commandments,”  the young man replied.  “What else must I do?”

Jesus told him, “If you want to be perfect, go and sell all your possessions and give the money to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven.  Then come, follow me.”

But when the young man heard this, he went away sad, for he had many possessions.

Congratulations to Mrs Ruth Parker who has just been appointed as our new Family Worker.  We wish Ruth all the very best in this challenging role.
